After weeks of celebration and collecting hearts, Amourok has finally reached its conclusion. So if you haven't already begun, it may be time to start putting your decorations and unused Amourok items into storage! Starting today, you can expect to see a lot of shopkeepers packing their Amourok-themed products away until next year. In addition, Heart Breaker will now be closed for the season.

As things begin wrapping up, you probably have one question on your mind: which team won this year's Amourok Battle of the Colours? Did the fiery and passionate Fire Pets reign supreme, or did the ancient and mysterious Ice Pets claim the throne? There's only one way to find out--head on over to the event page to see if your team has won!



Everyone on the winning team will receive a shiny new trophy. In addition, users who contributed the most may be eligible for some special prizes! But you'll only get these prizes if you click over to the Amourok event page, so make sure you don't forget!

The end of this year's Amourok Celebration is drawing near! There's just two days left to collect some hearts and contribute some points towards your team's score. And starting today, we'll begin hiding the scores for each of the teams--this will ensure the winner of the competition is a surprise to everyone!



If you've been having trouble collecting hearts and heart pieces, you're in luck. Starting today, Full Hearts will be rewarded much more frequently in Heart Breaker and all quests. In addition, the Token Booth, Quest Store, and Raffle Store will be selling Empty Heart Fragments until the end of Amourok. Not to be left out of the celebrations, our resident Shop Keepers are restocking the Empty Heart Fragments and Full Hearts more often to help Terrafrostians in their last minute rush to the finish line.



If those extra Heart Breaker Amourok plushes are starting to gather dust, then you may want to head back to your team headquarters. Cypress and Helia will now accept all four winning amourok plushes for more team points!

Time to crank up the heat! As we head into the second week of Amourok, we've decided to put two Fire Pets in the spotlight today.

First up is the brand new Fire Lugra! These Pets have a fiery and passionate personality unlike any other. They can also be quite the daredevil from time to time -- don't be surprised if you see one flopping across a bed of flaming coals.



We'd also like to shine some light on our new and improved Fire Dabu. If you have one of these adorable Pets on your hands, you can expect them to look fiercer and fresher than ever!



Both of these Pets' respective Morphing Potions can be purchased a the Snow Jar Igloo. Alternatively, you can find both the Fire Lugra Morphing Potion and Fire Dabu Morphing Potion at the I.C.E Shop for just 500 IC (450 for Gold Users.)



Heart Breaker just got even more intense! Starting today, a new game will begin every fifteen minutes rather than the usual thirty. So smash some jars while you still can, because the game will be closing up on February 23rd, 23:59:59 IcePets Time.

If you're looking for something to snuggle up to this Amourok, you're in for a treat. Today, Samuel is releasing a new line of Ice Pet Plushies! Plushie enthusiasts and casual collectors will surely want to pick up these adorable new items. The Ice Makoat Plushie, Ice Xephyr Plushie, Ice Ori Plushie, Ice Cobron Plushie, and the Ice Traptur Plushie are now available at the Plushie Palace. If you're in the mood for some questing, you can also get them as a reward from the Book Quest. Be sure to pick up some doubles as well, because the Plushie Quest will also start asking for them in a week.



Plushies aren't the only new items we're releasing today! We'd also like to introduce the Fire Crown, funded by @IcePrincess. It's the perfect accessory for Pets fighting on the Fire Team this Amourok! You can find this crown at the Grooming Parlor. And for any musicians out there, we're also releasing the new Mystic Lute, funded by @mochihugs! Perfect for Pets with an adventurous and musical spirit. You can find it at the Battle Shop, and if you're lucky, you can receive it as a reward from the Space Quest. In one week, the Weapons Quest will be requesting it as well.

It seems like things are heating up this Amourok season... but also freezing up?

After the Ice Pets made their debut, they've gained quite a bit of attention over the past few months. While the Ice Pets have reveled in this newfound fame, it's also caused a little tension with the Fire Pets.



"Ever since the Snowslide Expedition, everyone has been praising those goofy Ice Pets nonstop!" Helia, a Fire Trido, scoffs with displeasure. "In my opinion, it's starting to get to their heads. Holding up in the cold may be an impressive feat, sure. But anyone can bundle up and face a snowstorm! Swimming through a volcano, though? Now that's impressive!"



"Well," Cypress, an Ice Ori, pipes in, "I believe that after spending so many years isolated from the rest of Terrafrost, a little bit of appreciation is due! Besides, this is a planet with a notably cold climate -- don't you think that enduring frigid temperatures is far more valuable than showing off?"

The tension has only grown stronger as Amourok approaches; it looks like we're in for another battle of the colours.

So, will you join Helia in her fight for the Fire Pets? Or will you side with Cypress as she defends her fellow Ice Pets? To take part in this competition, head over to the Amourok sign up page, and your fate will be decided!



Once you've been assigned a team, you can begin collecting Empty Heart Fragments. These can be found around the site in NPC shops (aside from Snow Jar Igloo or Golden Touch), or alternatively, as rewards for playing Heart Breaker and completing quests. Once you collect four different fragments, your team leader can turn them into a Full Blazing Heart or a Full Frosty Heart. If you're lucky, you may even come across some already-assembled Full Hearts while hunting for fragments, too!

Each completed heart you bring gives your team a boost towards victory. So if you're eager to find out which Pet is truly superior, it's time to get hunting for hearts -- Helia and Cypress are counting on their fellow Terrafrostians!

The season of Amourok is finally here! If you're looking for a way to pass the time between giving gifts and snacking on sweets, why not play a few rounds of Heart Breaker?



Never played Heart Breaker before? The rules are fairly simple. To play this game, users may click one heart every thirty seconds for a chance to win a prize. (If you're feeling antsy, you can purchase a UHD from the I.C.E Shop to click every fifteen seconds instead). The game will end once someone wins an Amourok Plush. A new game begins every thirty minutes, so you'll have plenty of chances to play and win!



Aside from Plushes, there are plenty of fun consolation prizes to be won as well. For the first half of the event, we'll be rewarding Items from last year's Amourok. Then, on February 15th, we'll switch them out for some brand new Items!

Heart Breaker will be open until the end of Amourok on February 23rd, 23:59:59 IcePets Time. That's a whole lot of time to play!

Over the past week or so, residents of the Snowslide Mountains and Glacia have experienced some jarring weather changes. Snow has been melting into piles of slush, and the once-thick layers of ice that covered the rivers have begun to thin. For the first time in centuries, Pets are considering packing away their snow boots and winter coats.



Things haven't been any more normal near the Terrafrostian equator, either. Many residents of the Halipar Jungles have remarked that the air has been quite drafty as of late... It might be time to invest in some wool sweaters and knit some scarves.

For all we know, though, it could just be a fluke. It's probably nothing to worry about -- especially not with Amourok just around the corner!
