IST  We hope everyone that celebrates Halloween has an amazing day today. If you prefer to stay at home, we just might have something for you!  It looks like the ghosts that are living in the Haunted House are going crazy today - They open the doors to their beloved home a lot more often, allowing you to enter once every 60 minutes for the rest of the day... If you dare.  In celebration of the creepiest time of year, this week's Raffle will not only contain the regular IcePoints-Prize, but also include an additional Halloween Snow Jar, so don't forget to buy your Raffle Tickets!    Also, keep in mind that today marks the last day of availability for the Halloween Token Booth Stock, so grab these items while you can! Even though the Halloween festivities are slowly coming to an end, there is no reason to fret. We have got big plans for the upcoming month...

IST We sure hope you've been enjoying the Haunted House thus far. At least we haven't heard of any Pets disappearing... yet...  October might be nearing its end, but there is no reason to fret. Instead, we should enjoy the festivities as much as we can - And is there a better way of doing so than re-opening Grave Digger for the remainder of the month?    Every thirty minutes you get a chance to grab these gorgeous prizes along with a lot of other little treasures. But don't forget to check on the Haunted House and other users' doorsteps either! We'd like to remind you of the upcoming Programming Livestream this coming tuesday! From 9-11 AM IST @ Judda will be working on some Recode-things on stream and we will be answering some questions, so be sure to check us out by following this link. See you around!  As of yesterday, Pets can have Neutral genders! It can be selected upon creation, or you can change it with the Pet Gender Changer item!

IST  After reading carefully through the feedback on the Rustic Oil Lantern, we have decided to lower its price down to 100 IceCash. We hope that this way, you will get to enjoy its benefits a lot more. Users that have used lanterns prior to this change will get an IceCash refund of 250 IC per lantern used to make up for the inconvenience. Any lanterns that were bought but not used were removed from their respective locations, their owners being given back the full price of 350 IC. Thank you all for your feedback and your patience! Please let us know how you feel about this change.

IST Another month has passed and it's about time to let you take another sneak peek at the Recode. This time, we're glad to present you some changes to the Inventory!  To see the changes in action, we're going to play around with a Yellow Token. Clicking on the item name or the image will make a small window pop up on the bottom of the inventory screen.  As you can see, it shows the item's description and some more information on it by default. In the top right of the image, there are various smaller tabs with different information.  By clicking the Shop-tab, you will see a dropdown menu, letting you decide how many of the item you want to place in your shop. It also displays your current and maximum shop stock. The Gallery and Storage-tabs work in the same way, making it easier to navigate and organize your inventory.  The Gift-tab doesn't only let you send a certain item to your friend, but you can also add a message to it if you'd like, making the process even more fun and personal. If you are not in the mood to send a message, you can just leave it blank and send the item on its own.  Last but not least, the Discard-tab lets you get rid of unwanted items. Clicking on the button will open a confirmation-overlay to make sure you don't accidentally discard the wrong item. We are sure that these changes will make the every-day navigation of the inventory a lot easier and more entertaining than before! How do you feel about it? Let us know in the comments. For those of you who are wondering about the Quickstock: It will make a return, but that is for another day...We still have more exciting news for you! IST It's time to take a break from Grave Digger for now.  The Halloween Traptur has brought the remaining coffins to a safe location, putting an end to the clicking-madness of the past few days. Who knows, Grave Digger might make a return later this month...What, you don't know how you should spend all of your free time now? We do have something else you might enjoy... If you thought digging up graves was as scary as it gets, you were wrong. The Haunted House has opened its doors and awaits the bravest of Terrafrostians. Once every three hours you get a chance to explore the dark interior of the Haunted House, scouting for rare exclusive prizes... But at what cost? It seems like a new item is stocking in the I.C.E. Shop. Maybe the Rustic Oil Lantern can help you make your way through the Haunted House...

IST As things are starting to get spooky, the Halloween items are stocking in the Token Booth yet again! In addition, there are two new Halloween items for you to purchase! They are the Halloween Novyn Mask, and Scared Black Cat Plushie This should please the cat fanatics…The items will only be available until the end of the October, so start using those tokens while you can! Or else you have to wait another year… Did you get your hands on those gorgeous presents yet? If not, we think the following announcement will please you! The rarity of both the Spectral and the Sinister Present has been lowered to Uncommon, making them a lot easier to get from the shops. In addition to that, you might see them as a reward from doing Quests as well, so better get started!

IST What’s that beautiful, but spooky creature causing a stir throughout Terrafrost? As Halloween is coming up, we are excited to announce the release of the Halloween Novyn!  Scarily ornate, everybody hide from this pet!With the release of the pet, that also means the Halloween Novyn Morphing Potion will be made available in the Snow Jar Igloo. Alternatively, you could use a Halloween Snow Jar to get this new pet!  If you can't wait to get the Halloween Novyn Morphing Potion you can find it in the ICE Shop for 500 IceCash or 450 IceCash if you have a Gold Account.   In addition, we made a small change to the Brain Cupcake recipe. You can now get the Brain Cupcake Ice Cube just by freezing the Brain Cupcake! Previously, the item was only available through Grave Digger.  Finally, the Mysterious Profile Skin is renamed as the Trick or Treat Profile Skin, and is now usable!  Now for some Staff-related news! It saddens us to announce that both @ Hornbuckle and @ Osteology are no longer part of the IcePets Staff. Both of them have worked very hard for IcePets and they will be missed! On a more positive note, @ Luventas has taken on an Administrator position and will be working alongside @ Nyssa and @ Read. Woohoo! We know you'll do great in your new role! Lastly, @ Nyssa has taken @ Read's position as Staff Manager. Be sure to send her a message if you ever have any issues with a Staff Member!

This new feature will allow you to buy multiple things in just one go instead of having to buy everything individually. Enjoy shopping!

IST How about a trial of courage? I bet you are not brave enough to dig up some graves! The Sinister Present is waiting for you - But it's hiding behind one of several graves. On every full and every half hour (so, for example, at 1.00 AM and 1.30 AM), a new round of Grave Digger starts. You will get to choose a grave once every thirty seconds (fifteen seconds if you have used a UHD on any feature), revealing its content. It might be nothing, it might be a booby prize - Or it might be the grand prize of a Sinister Present!    So, are you brave enough to give Grave Digger a shot?

IST We are very glad to announce the return of Art Requests! On this page, you will be able to fund the creation of Avatars, Pets and Items which will be released on IcePets.  Custom Avatars, costing $5 (or 2,100 IceCash from the I.C.E Shop), will let you decide on your very own and unique Avatar which will be designed for you by our lovely graphic artists.  Do you have a great idea for a new Hidden Avatar? Go ahead and fund it for merely $5! Not only will you be involved in the creation of the Avatar itself, but you will also have a say in how it will be obtained.  You have always wanted an Item called 'Inflatable Pink Elephant with Wings' on IcePets? By spending $5 you can make your dreams come true. Buying a bundle of five items, which would usually cost you $25, comes with a discount. You will get five items for the price of four, costing only $20! You can also fund an item with simple recolours (for example candy in different flavours), with each recolour costing $1. IST What would Halloween be without Trick or Treating?  You will be seeing these Empty Halloween Treat Bags all around the shops in Terrafrost. Using these items will equip them to your Halloween Pets and enable them to go Trick or Treating! The bag can hold up to 20 items. If filled, it will transform into a Full Halloween Treat Bag and go back into your inventory.  Wondrous things are said to happen upon using said bag...You are wondering how you are supposed to fill a Treat Bag? Well, you visit your friends' profiles. If they have their doorstep stocked with food, you can snatch some food once every 60 minutes. That also means that you can stock your own doorstep. Just visit your own profile with food in your inventory and place it on your doorstep. I'm sure that a lot of Pets and Users will be grateful for your generosity. These gorgeous presents can also be found stocking in the NPC shops from now on. While some of you might already know the Spectral Present, the newly released Sinister Present will contain a whole new selection of creepy items for you to check out! I can't wait to open one of these... Though I have to admit that they do look creepy. Keep in mind that stocking your doorstep will not only help out other users, but might also hold some nice surprises for you! This is still not the end. There is more waiting around the corner!

IST Happy October! IcePets will be busy celebrating the Halloween festivities all month again.    Gabrielle and the Beauty King will help your Pets get into the right spooky mood. You will be able to spot Halloween Snow Jars and all Halloween Morphing Potions stocking in the Snow Jar Igloo, while the Beauty King will offer you one free Halloween transformation during the month of October. Be sure to pay them both a visit!   You will also be able to buy a Halloween Snow Jar from the I.C.E. Shop for the rest of the month, costing 1000 IC for regular users and only 900 IC for Gold Users! I feel like there is more to Halloween... I wonder what else we'll be seeing throughout the month.Weird, it looks like neither the users nor staff could choose a Member of the Month this time!
