Yet another exciting year is drawing to a close and to help send us off, some lovely User-funded Items have made their way to our shops! The brilliant Cobron Soap is sure to liven up any room, while the adorable Snowman Ducky is here and ready to hunker down for the rest of the cold winter season! These new additions were funded by @Megrim and @Silvy, respectively.
The Cobron Soap can be found on the shelves of the Grooming Parlour, while the Snowman Ducky can be found restocking in the Toy Shop. The Snowman Ducky will also be rewarded by the Plushie Quest and will be requested by the Space Quest in one week.
To celebrate the coming end of the decade, Gabrielle has been working extra hard this holiday season and is now restocking Christmas Snow Jars at an even lower rarity! You can continue to find them at the Snow Jar Igloo until December 31st, 11:59:59 Icepets Time.

From all of us working behind the scenes on Terrafrost, we want to wish everyone a Happy Holiday! We hope that your winter season and holiday festivities are joyous and fun. In IcePets tradition, Staff created some wonderful signs to celebrate the holidays.
(Drag and Drop into your address bar for full size!)
We would like to welcome everyone to join in and post their own pictures! Until December 26th, 11:59:59 Icepets Time, anyone who posts an appropriate photo on the thread below will receive a free Christmas Snow Jar! If you're shy, you don't have to be in the photo yourself, as long as it meets the following criteria:
- Photo of yourself, a pet, or a favourite toy or stuffed animal. - A sign or text that says "Happy Holidays" - Your username so we know it's you!
The day has finally come to unwrap all the presents waiting under your Holiday Tree! There's no hurry, though, as you can open them at any time during the next year.
Next up, some exciting news! This year, our holiday surprise is a brand new feature -- the Item Finder Tool! To use this nifty feature, simply enter the name of any item and the tool will search your account for the item to see whether you currently have it, where it is, and whether it's in any of your collections! The search locations include your inventory, storage boxes, shop stock, gallery, all user collections and all pet collections! If the search brings up multiple possibilities for the Item name, simply click the item image you wish to search for.
The link to the new Item Finder Tool can be found under the "Personal" tab on the IcePets toolbar and is available for free for all users. We wanted to bring in a new feature to the site that would make organizing and finding the items you need a quicker and easier task. We hope that the Item Finder Tool will help improve the IcePets experience!
Finally, a big thank you to everyone who's helped keep IcePets alive this season with the sense of community and generosity. We wouldn't be what we are without you! Whatever your traditions, we wish you health and happiness, and look forward to even more fun and adventure with you all in the future!

Legend states that a mythical species lived on Terrafrost long before it became the bustling home it is now. They roamed the lands, making friends and discovering new items. Unfortunately, not much else is known about these creatures as many of the texts disappeared over time. No one even truly believed in Mythical Pets, until today.
The new Mythical Ori, Ridix, and Novyn have graced us with their presence here on Terrafrost! Once a mighty and well-known species, they slowly vanished without a trace. It is unknown why they decided to reappear, but we are happy that they did! Terrafrostians everywhere should pat themselves on the backs for making Terrafrost such a wonderful place to live in and welcome these new friends into their homes.
For everyone wondering how to obtain a Mythical Pet, we will be making some changes to our current I.C.E Shop. The Cubed Snow Jar will be removed from the shop on January 1st 2020 and given to Charlie. He will add it to Cube Grab as a prize, so make sure to stop on by! You will also be able to find the Cubed Snow Jar as a possible prize from the Unclaimed Pile in The Side Room. The Mythical Snow Jar will take its place as a permanent resident in the I.C.E Shop with the same price, 500 IceCash (450 IceCash for Gold Account Users).
As a special thank you to everyone for working with us through some changes and updates, we would like to extend the offer to exchange a Cubed Pet for a Mythical Pet. That means, if you have a Cubed Snow Jar in your possession, you may exchange it for a Mythical Snow Jar. To do this, you must send the Cubed Snow Jar to @IcePets and submit a ticket on the Support Site. You can also exchange a Cubed Pet for a Mythical Pet by submitting a ticket on the Support Site. Each User can exchange a max of three pet exchanges, so chose wisely. The last day to submit your ticket will be January 23rd. All exchanges will be taken care of after Januray 23rd.
Member of the Month voting for this month is ending soon! Wherever you are in Terrafrost, don't forget to head to the nearest voting booth and cast your vote for Member of the Month (MOTM for short)! Terrafrostians can vote for up to three Users to win 100,000 IcePoints and the Member of the Month Avatar.
Two winners will be chosen each month. One lucky new winner will be honoured with Yet to Win MOTM, for those who have yet to be recognised for their community contribution. Then there is the Free for All MOTM, which includes all members except Staff, for those long-time members who deserve another tip of the hat. For those who have already won MOTM, you will receive the Honoured Member Trophy.
Remember! - You cannot nominate yourself or members of Staff. - Do not ask other Users to vote for yourself or other members. - You may vote for up to three Users per month. - Send your nominations here!
You can submit your vote any time during the month, and have until the end of the month to do so. Winners will be announced on the first of next month!

The Food Mall bakeries have been churning along for the holidays, and have updated some of their recipes! The Biscuit with Apple Jelly, Biscuit with Grape Jelly, Plain Biscuit, Sausage Biscuit, Drumstick and Loaf of Bread has been updated. The Drumstick of DOOM has also received an additional name change and is now the Haunted Drumstick. All of these can still be found restocking in Bob's Food Mall, so check them out today!
If you cannot see the new images, a hard refresh using Ctrl-F5 or Fn-F5 should fix it up.
The Christmas Snow Jar will now be stocking in the Snow Jar Igloo for the remainder of the month. Gabrielle's been rather busy this holiday season and the Christmas Snow Jars unfortunately got a bit lost among all her new orders. To make up for this, the Christmas Snow Jars will start restocking at a lower rarity. You can also grab some from the I.C.E Shop for 1000 IceCash (or 900 IceCash for Gold Members).

While many Krittles hide away their hoards, these Angelic Krittles love to share the items they stash away! Make sure you plan on having a lot of space and wrapping paper before inviting one of these sweethearts into your home. They will repay you with cute trinkets and endless surprises, as long as you cherish them. Pick up a sweet Angelic Krittle Morphing Potion at the Snow Jar Igloo, just in time for the holiday season!
If you just can't wait to bring one of these little angels home, you can purchase the Morphing Potion from the I.C.E Shop until the end of the month for 500 IceCash (450 IceCash for Gold Account Users).

It's Lahja's favourite time of the year! Nothing makes them happier than spreading the holiday cheer and seeing others get the gifts they've always wanted. To make this come true, they arereopening up the Gift Exchange this year. This is a great place for fellow Terrafrostians to help fulfill other User's wishes! They would like to remind everyone that this is a voluntary event and any participation is appreciated, but not required.
At the Gift Exchange, every User can select up to two items to wish for and gift wishes anonymously to other Users. If your wish isn't granted within three days, you can ask Lahja to swap your wish for something else. They will handle the gift delivery and give out trophies for anyone who helps fulfill wishes! The Gift Exchange will close on December 31, 23:59:59 IcePets Time, so get your wishes in by then!

As previously mentioned, we are working on a page to list transactions with all incoming cash earned and the outgoing costs. The page has begun to come together and can be viewed here; this page can be accessed by going to our Support Site, clicking on Transactions and selecting Summary from the drop down menu. As of this moment you can only view the amount of money earned each month through purchases; however, within the next week this will be expanded to include how much money has been paid out. They will be broken down so you can see exactly where your support for IcePets is going! Once this page is complete we will provide more details explaining how much everything on the site costs and you will be able to visually check and verify it all!
