Is your inventory still over-stuffed from the restocking competition? Do you just like collecting items in your inventory? If so, we have exciting news for you!
We are happy to announce that your inventories are no longer capped at 50 items! (Remember: If you exceed the cap, you can no longer use your items).
First of all, there is an all new Gold Account benefit! If you have a Gold Account, as of today, your inventory size has increased by 50 items, bringing the inventory cap to a total of 100 items!
Note: Your 50 item upgrade will only be activated when you have a Gold Account.
But wait, that’s not all! There is another option to increase your inventory size! What is this?!
Introducing… the Inventory Upgrade!
These inventory upgrades permanently increase the maximum amount of items that can be in your inventory (while still allowing you to use the items).
The upgrades come in three sizes: 1 Inventory Upgrade, given out during contests and events 5 Inventory Upgrade, sold in the I.C.E Shop for only 300 IC (270 IC for Gold Accounts!) 10 Inventory Upgrade, sold in the I.C.E Shop for only 500 IC (450 IC for Gold Accounts!)
You can use these inventory upgrades as many times as you want up to an additional 150 inventory slots (200 slots in total). Compounded with the gold account upgrade (+50 spaces), a user can have a maximum of 250 inventory spaces
Furthermore, it is that time of month again - time to vote for the next Member of the Month (or MOTM for short)! Please vote wisely, as the winner will receive 50,000 IP and this exclusive avatar!
REMEMBER - You cannot nominate yourself or members of staff. - Do not ask other users to vote for yourself or other members. - You can only nominate users who have not previously won MOTM.

On an unrelated note, we have been pretty surprised at you guys scoring incredibly high scores at Sharshel Says and decided to try and add to the challenge a little. Therefore, the timer on Sharshel Says has been reduced, increasing the game's difficulty by quite a bit!
Please let us know in the comments how you feel about the change. This is not set in stone, so we value any opinions, as always.

Hello, everyone! Once again, we're letting you take a sneak peek of how the recode is coming along!
This time we're showing off a rather small feature. However, this feature is one you will find extremely useful in all sorts of situations. Curious? Introducing... Bookmarks!
The bookmarks feature will allow you to quickly access pages you have bookmarked on-site. You will be given the chance to sort them into folders and even folders inside folders! All you have to do is click on 'Add to Bookmarks' once you're on the page you wish to add to the list and then select a name and which folder you wish to put it into.

IcePets has always been a tolerant place, so we've decided that it's about to time add some more genders for you to choose from!
From now on, upon registering, your gender will be set to unspecified. To change it, you'll have to go to the preference-tab, then click 'My Details'. On there, you'll find two new additions to the gender identifications! Instead of being limited to Male, Female and Unspecified, you can set it to Neutral or Other from here on out.
For being the first to answer to answer the trivia questions correctly, you've earned a Golden Competitor Stamp, a book of your choice, and 100,000 IcePoints. Congrats!
Third place earns you a Member of the Month Book and 25,000 IcePoints. Good job!

Do you like books? We like books. We like books so much we want to make a mini-contest all about books. Did I mention there would be books?
There are seven new books stocking in the Book Store. Their names are: Nukos Story, Samuels Toy Store at Night, Miracles, Crazy Ridix Lady, Two Worlds Collide, Karma Always Catches Up to You, and The Fake Shrink Ray. These are all currently restocking at the Rare rarity.
Onto the contest!
Your objective is to restock these seven books and answer the seven trivia questions down below. All answers will be found in their respective books. Once you have gathered the answers to all seven questions, you need to send them to @Luventas with a message titled Book Trivia. The first THREE people to submit the correct answers will get a prize!

It seems like Gabrielle has got her hands on some brand new Morphing Potions for some already existing pets!
That's right, the 60s Sharshel, Firebreathing Trido, Love Jakrit, Plushie Xephyr, Skeletal Jakrit and Skeletal Trido have finally received their Morphing Potion-Counterparts! The Jakrit Morphing Potions will be available through the Randomly Picked Jakrit Morphing Potion, the Xephyr Morphing Potion will be available through the Golden Touch, and the rest can be found in the Snow Jar Igloo.
But what's this?
Yarr, the Pirate Snow Jar looks different - And so does the Pirate Snow Jar Ice Cube! Seems like these two pretties have finally received a well-deserved revamp. They look a lot better now, don't they?
If you can't see the revamped images, hard refresh by pressing CTRL + F5! If that doesn't work you will have to wait until our cache updates and displays the new items.

That's right, both the image and the name has been edited to be more fitting (Note, the image change might take a while to get through our cache!). Hopefully this will help with your collections! Ah, summertime is awesome. The weather is amazing, many people have time off, you can eat tons of ice cream and... Play a new game on IcePets?
You heard it right, it's time for you to try out our newest game, Sharshel Says! But what is it, you might ask.
Sharshel Says requires you to pay close attention to the seven Pets which are apparently in a great mood as they can't stop smiling at you! It's your task to remember the order in which the pets smiled and click them accordingly. Sounds easy enough, right? Wrong. Every round, the sequence of pets smiling at you will grow larger, hence making the game harder the longer you go. The fact that a timer is constantly working against you doesn't make things easier, either. But what would a new game be without a competitive touch?
These amazing trophies go to the three top scorers of the week, just like all the others. It will require a lot of practice and patience to get your hands on one of these, so you better get started early - There's no time to waste!
Let us know what you think about Sharshel Says! Feedback and suggestions are always appreciated. Remember that any errors or bugs can be reported in Site Glitches.
Dillon will be helping out with anything related to graphical art, ranging from Avatars to Banners and even new Profile Skins, while Keekoi will be focussing on Item Art! We can't wait to see their first creations and hope you're just as excited as we are!

On a side note, we have decided to do some minor item changes.
The set of 'Cup of...' - Items has undergone a name change and will from now on be called 'Glass of...' instead as we deemed it to be more fitting.
The Iced Tea will from now on be part of the gang by being renamed to 'Glass of Iced Tea'
What used to be a nightmare for all Weapons Quest-Addicts is now going to change - Shield of Meteora, Broken Sword, Galactic Hammer and Bear Trap are no longer exclusive to the Item Spinner, but are also stocking in the Weapon Shop!
Same goes for the Survivor-Items - Instead of being exclusive to Cube Grab, they will also be put into the Weapon Shop. Let's hope you are lucky enough to get your hands on those!
On a similar note, Ice Pops and Macarons will no longer be requested by the Space Quest, making them exclusively requested by the Candy Quest.

Happy Independence Day! This special day is not only celebrated by pretty much every citizen of the United States, but also by these two cuties: The American Flag Ducky and his friend, the Independence Day Ducky, will be stocking in Samuel's Toy Shop permanently from here on out! That's right, they're no longer limited to July. That also means that they're added to the Space Quest from now on, so don't be surprised if Neil asks you for one of these pretty ducks.
Prepare your fireworks, because there's even more to celebrate today! We are glad to announce that our team is growing even larger! Say hi to... @August ! From now on, August will be helping out with Pet Art. We can't wait to see what masterpieces he will create in the future! Phew, I think that's enough celebration for one day now.
