IST The 5 new eggs that have been added for 2013 can now be opened.      The rewards from these eggs are slightly different than previous year. You will receive the Empty version of each egg, along with a reward that is unique to that particular egg. Empty Eggs can be exchanged for Easter Credits (Store isnt officially open yet.. but 25 empty eggs...? We will help you -> Go empty your inventory a little Clickie shhh). We have also upped the inventory limit to 200 until the end of April. This should help you to manage the Jakrit Hunt much easier!

The prizes are distributed on each row as shown below (The prize you receive each time is random!)       To get the prize, you simply need to find each Jakrit that is on the same row as the prize! You can see which you have found as a  will appear underneath the item to show you which Jakrits you have found! ======================== Easter QuestI bet opening Eggs is leaving you with tonnes of Egg prizes lying around? Well, now you can convert those prizes to Easter Credits in anticipation of the store opening again very soon! This quest operates slightly different to normal quests, in that you must pay a varying amount of IcePoints (and collect varying amounts of egg rewards) to be eligible for the Easter Credits. You will randomly receive 1-3 Easter Credits each time you complete a quest!========================== Funky Lava LampThis item has been added to the Quest Store for 75QP! The avatar for purchasing it from the Easter Store has also moved over, and is now available when you purchase this item from this store... IST After making a few tweaks (thanks for reporting the browser-specific bugs!), the hunt is ready for round 2 of Trial Mode. All Jakrits are now available for hunting, each having their own set of pages that they hide on (and their own set of Eggs that they award!) If all runs smoothly, then we will be adding more prizes for finding Jakrits very soonl! IST So, we have given the traditional hunt a facelift.. and by facelift, I obviously mean we deleted it and developed a completely new one from scratch LinkieThis iteration will have you searching the entire IcePets website searching for various Jakrit pets hiding around the pages of icepets. The full version has a total of 12 Jakrits available to hunt for, however since this is such a new feature, we are making 3 Jakrits available for hunting!    How it worksEach Jakrit has their own timer. When a timer gets to 0, the Jakrit that it relates to will run and hide! You have an unlimited amount of time to search the website for Jakrits that are hiding! When you find a Jakrit, he will go back to the Hunt page, and wait for his timer to get to 0 again. You will receive a Plastic Easter Egg every time you find a Jakrit!  Remember: There are only 3 available while it is being tested!. When we are happy that it is functioning correctly, we will activate another 9 Jakrits to hunt!! Hints and Tips- Each Jakrit only awards certain Eggs. - Each Jakrit might like only hanging out in certain areas of IcePets! - Search the entire page:  Pink Jakrit hiding in the forums! Skeletal Jakrit hiding amongst Wulfers in the Pet Closet!Good Luck and post ALL feedback on this thread!!!

IST Say hello to the new easter-themed pets we have just added:  Angelic Jakrit Pinata JakritThese two pets can be gained by using their respective Morphing Potions:   Both of these can be found in the Snow Jar Igloo and the I.C.E Shop. The following pet has also been in the wings (nice pun, eh?) waiting for some time for a chance to be released (Since Roar joined the team!):  Evil DovuThis pet can be obtained by using a Evil Dovu Morphing Potion:  This MP can be found with the two mentioned above A big thanks to Roar for these pets! IST We are please to announce that the Member of the Month for April 2013 is... ... Kashmir! Congratulations Kashmir! We appreciate all that you've done for the Icepets community. Enjoy your 50,000 IP and exclusive secret avatar! Some Comments about Kashmir: - Kashmir's been helping a lot of people this months, new and old players alike. I think she deserves it most this month.
- I chose Kashmir because She is one of the people who hands out the welcoming gifts and is really nice to the newbies which I am still so that is why I chose her!
- Kashmir has helped me alot these past few weeks, both outside of Icepets and in personal life. She always has a kind word to say to everyone and loves helping out. This to me exemplifies how a member of the Month should be.
Be sure to keep your eyes peeled for the next round of the MOTM, and be sure to voice your opinion on who you think is the most deserving in the community to receive the title and rewards that go along with it!! ================================  A big congratulations goes to Osteology for being voted as Staff of the Month! IST April 1st is recognised in many countries, not as a national holiday, but as a day that pranks and hoaxes are pulled on family and friends. To celebrate this, for all of today all quests will be rewarding the Suspicious Present as their only reward item. (This will be the only way to obtain it!) The shopkeepers have also decided to have a little fun, and from 6am until 6pm, they will be swapping the item you purchase with a different item! You will still pay the price of the item you clicked on... but you might not receive that item.. We have placed a warning on all shop pages to remind you about this. (If you arent someone who likes to take a risk... perhaps you shouldnt purchase anything today!)
