Beautiful crystals abound in Terrafrost, and who better to help you retrieve those hidden within the trickiest of canyons and crags than the new Crystal Makoat?



The Crystal Makoat Morphing Potion is now restocking in the Snow Jar Igloo, and will also be available in the I.C.E Shop until the end of month for 500 IC (or 450 IC if you have a Gold Account).



Sweets come in pretty colours, too! Candy Quests will be doubled April 21st, 00:00:00 to April 23rd, 23:59:59.

The Jakrits have gathered up any remaining Noviteggs and safely tucked them away into the waiting Makoat carts. It looks like the Jakrit Hunt is over, and it's time to say goodbye to Novitaria until next year! You won't walk away empty handed however, if you participated in the Hunt, be sure to check out your profile and see what shiny new trophy you earned.



The Novitaria Store is still open though, and is now stocking three brand new Novitaria-themed items: the Eggcellent Pun Book, Hatching Novitaria Profile Skin and Novitegg Painting Trading Card. Hopefully you have enough credits to be able to collect them all.





Odele has also touched up the molds for the White Chocolate items, making these sweet treats even more delectable! Does anyone want some spring-themed goodies? If you do, you'll be pleased to hear that the Spring Surprise Basket (formerly known as the Springtime Surprise Basket) is back for the season! This item will be stocking in all Shops except for the Snow Jar Igloo and Port Rakor, so getting your hands on one should be pretty easy. If you're lucky, you might even pick up a new Item we've added this year!

You may have also noticed that this basket has a new name. Two other Seasonal Surprise baskets have received name changes as well; the Winter Surprise Basket (formerly known as the Wintertime Surprise Basket) and the Summer Surprise Basket (formerly known as the Summertime Surprise Basket.) Only the names of these baskets have changed -- nothing inside or out is different from before!



If you can't get enough Novitaria-themed Items in your life, we have good news for you -- the 5 Random Noviteggs and Randomly Picked Jakrit Morphing Potion are now available at the I.C.E Shop. You can also pick up the Randomly Picked Jakrit Morphing Potion at the Novitaria Store and the Snow Jar Igloo. This Jakrit has lost its colour! Fortunately, Terrafrost is full of talented artists that can help them look more vibrant than ever. In other words, the Novitaria Showcase begins today! We want you to colour this Jakrit using your preferred art medium. Whether you use crayons, paint, or a digital tablet, all will be accepted!

This contest is not a competition, however -- instead, it will be a showcase contest that displays everyone's stunning work. Everyone who participates will receive the following prizes:

Before you submit your coloured Jakrit, make sure to read the following guidelines:

Rule 1 - One entry per User. If your entry is rejected for any reason, you can submit another before the event ends.
Rule 2 - Art must be kept PG-13. For example, you may show blood, weapons, or mild violence, but not gore or dismembered limbs, etc. All entries submitted must be considered appropriate under the Terms and Conditions of IcePets.
Rule 3 - Both digital and traditional artwork can be submitted, but your entry must be an image. If you choose to create traditional artwork, you must submit as a photograph taken as clearly as you can.
Rule 4 - Staff reserve the right to dismiss a submission if it is hard to view or appears no work was involved.
Rule 5 - You may share your entry to this event! Feel free to put your username in your submission as well, although using a copyright or similar symbol is not allowed.

Be sure to send your submissions to IcePrincess by April 22nd 23:59:59 IST.

Look who's back from the beauty salon! The Groovy Zabeu is now funkier and groovier than ever. Rest assured that we've maintained this Pet's vintage aesthetic while refreshing its lineart and colours.

Ah... at long last, spring is in the air! Which means it's time to welcome saplings and hatchlings and paint everywhere--in other words, it's time to welcome Novitaria!

Remember to keep an eye on any and all Baby Pets, as the traditional Jakrit Hunt has begun as well--and said Jakrits are not responsible for any extra sugar consumed by excited little ones.



The Jakrits have three new Noviteggs they have lovingly painted for this year's celebration: the Hedy Novitegg, Buddip Novitegg, and Tuftsi Novitegg! Not only that, they have filled them with unique prizes... and made sure the Ice Box won't shatter the Noviteggs.



Not only that, the Jakrits have been busy hiding Noviteggs all across Terrafrost! These Noviteggs can be found on pages throughout the site--but their location is unique for every user, and there are only so many Noviteggs a user may find per day. We don't want the Jakrits to be so tired they can't enjoy Novitaria as well!



The Makoats have also been hard at work, transporting Novitegg Stockpiles throughout Terrafrost. Make sure to say hello if your paths cross, as they would be happy to give each user they meet a random Novitegg!

To ensure no settlement runs out of Noviteggs, the Makoats are constantly on the move. This means their Stockpiles will change locations every ten minutes, but they will be in the same spot for every Terrafrostian--they hope you will spread the Novitaria spirit by helping each other find them!

They would like to remind everyone to keep their eyes sharp, as there are trophies--which will only count Noviteggs hidden by Jakrits and/or received from Makoat Novitegg Stockpiles--to award at the end of Novitaria.

Celebrations will wrap up on April 19th, 23:59:59 IcePets Time.



With all of the preparations for Novitaria, some of the ships delivering the Token Booth seasonal goods were delayed. The shipment has finally come in though and Kaylus cannot wait for shoppers to arrive. Zzz... Does anyone else hear snoring? Ah, it must be the new Dreamworld Jakrit, funded by @HyperHare! This sleepy Jakrit has finally awakened and joined the world of Terrafrost. The Dreamworld Jakrit is an incredibly chill Pet that's always down for chamomile tea and a nap, so if you've been searching for an easygoing pal, look no further than this one.



Want this adorable Jakrit to join your family? You'll need to pick up a Dreamworld Jakrit Morphing Potion. You can get one from the Randomly Picked Jakrit Morphing Potion, which is always stocked at the Novitaria Store. (Novitaria season is coming up, so if you don't have enough credits for it, sit tight!) Additionally, the Dreamworld Jakrit Morphing Potion will be for sale at the I.C.E Shop until the end of April. It'll cost 500 IceCash (450 for Gold Accounts.)



If you're unsure whether the Dreamworld Jakrit is right for you, consider taking a test drive with its Plushie counterpart. The Dreamworld Jakrit Plushie, also funded by @HyperHare, can now be purchased at the Plushie Palace. You can also get it as a reward from the Book Quest! We also suggest grabbing a few extras for when the Plushie Quest begins requesting it next week.



What's just as cute as a Baby Krittle Plush? A Mochi Baby Krittle Plush! This round and squishy Plushie was funded by @IcePrincess for @joy3111.
