These two avatars are ones that were originally intended to be released a while ago (future annual releases of things like this are now planned and dated from now on, to avoid slipping between the cracks).
Mistletoe avatar got a revamp to match the style of the rest of the avatars. This avatar is for annual release around Christmas time.
Grand Opening avatar will be available again for the day of October 20th in 2011, and every year after on the same day.
After three days, these avatars will no longer be available until their originally intended dates.
