The Phantasmoire celebrations may have wrapped up in Terrafrost, but the excitement isn't over yet! The final results for the Phantasmoire Poem contest are now in!



In third place we have a tie between @Howesha with their entry:

Phantasmoire season is here again believers,
Craved pumpkins gleaming bright,
Roaming ghosts and ghouls and ghastly creatures,
Doing tricks, rarely treats through the night,
No one is safe, not even nonbelievers,
Exploring the Haunted house gives quite the fright,

Make sure you leave plenty of food at the door,
For the critters bags need to be filled,
If you don't, I tell you what's in store,
Tricks are played, critters are very skilled,
And trust me they are horrifying to the core,
So the food needs to be refilled,
Because while no one is counting, they are keeping score.

THE IMPORTANCE OF CHOOSING A DOOR

"Eek, a slob!"

"I'm no slob. I am... The Blob!!!!
You just chose the door with the most pretentious knob
so happens I'm here for the mob, here to rob.
you sure are the real Hob Snob, ought cut that lob
(Snivelling)
Don't ya sob, Bob, just doing a job, Rob
Now stitch that gob, hear, don't ya dare dob,
cause that'll be a real prob Rob...
see I'll have to flob!"

"Yeah. Suck you into the blob, gonna throb,"
"That corn?" interrupted Rob taking a swab to the Blob

Phantasmoire

Phantasmoire is a time to celebrate.
Although, you might not want to stay out too late.

A time to go and get a sweet treat.
It's an exciting feeling you just can't beat.

You might feel a chill in the air.
You're excitement makes it worth it to bear.

This special occasion only comes once a year.
That means everyone has nothing to fear.

Halloween Phantasmoire

Tattered cloaks and baleful scythes,
A Chilling phantasmoire, a dreadful rise.
Children's masks, a frightful guise,
Knocking doors, a Halloween demise.

Skeletal jars, a ghoulish sight,
filled to the brim with phantasmoire and fright.
Evil jars, a sinister scene,
A haunted house, a Halloween scream.

As darkness draws near,
Life and death are nigh,
Little children begin to fear,
A Halloween phantasmoire is here.

Spooky lanterns and Jack-o-Melons,
Such a sight they bring in light,
Shining deadly Dovu talons,
Scurry fast for a possessed Makoat plush will bite.

A spooky night, a haunting theme,
A chilling phantasmoire Halloween.



All participants will be receiving the Snow Contestant Trophy and a Full Haunting Treat Bag.



All of the entries from this contest can be read in our brand new 2024 Phantasmoire Poem Book! If you didn't win a copy from the contest don't worry, Ralph has a supply for Ralph's Page Turners on hand. The Weapon's Quest will also be awarding it. If you are lucky enough to get an extra copy or two, you may want to hang onto it because in one week the Book Quest will begin to ask for it as well.





We're following up on our Anniversary News post with more information about upcoming changes. Beginning November 29th, we'll be adjusting how Ice Cash is purchased to ensure its value is accurately reflected. There will be a news post when this occurs. These changes will enable easier Ice Cash value calculations, for future additions and sales. The upcoming price changes can be seen below:

1,000 IC for $5
2,100 IC (100 IC Bonus included!) for $10 with 1 Treasure Chest
4,200 IC (200 IC Bonus included!) for $20 with 2 Treasure Chests
7,500 IC (500 IC Bonus included!) for $35 with 3 Treasure Chests
11,000 IC (1000 IC Bonus included!) for $50 with 5 Treasure Chests
16,500 IC (1500 IC Bonus included!) for $75 with 7 Treasure Chests
22,500 IC (2500 IC Bonus included!) for $100 with 10 Treasure Chests

- The baseline of $3 was removed due to paypal fees associated with the transaction.
- We've also added a $35 and $75 option, so there are more choices to select from.
- Treasure Chests have also changed to reflect their original intention and are now awarded for every $10 USD spent.



We've made one more adjustment, this time to our ICE Boxes. It was brought to our attention that they were priced the same as the Antique Shop, but with our recent update allowing you to choose your own items, the Antique Shop no longer offers any value to the site.

To address this, we've decided to increase the price of ICE Boxes from 1000 IC to 1800 IC. This price adjustment is slightly higher than the Antique Shop to reflect the added convenience of the ICE Box. Alternatively, you can still hang out with Theorine while waiting for an item you want to restock! This change will take effect alongside the other IC updates mentioned above.

These decisions are never easy to make, but transparency around them is really important to us. Thank you for your continued support and understanding!
