is this only happening to me? It just started a few minutes ago, but I was buying items and it made me enter that random letter code like 3 or 4 times! I was typing it in correctly. It happened 3 separate times.

@skipina I posted in this forum during October and no one responded. It HAS happened to me frequently. And it often costs me items I've wanted to purchase. Have heart - someone else mentioned it now so maybe a voice will be heard!

I just wanted to let both of you know that Staff looked into both circumstances when they were originally reported! Unfortunately, we have yet to be able to reproduce these problems. Since we can’t find the problem, it’s not possible for us to create a solution as of now. We’ll keep working hard to find if there is anything we can do to fix the issues you are experiencing, but the code around the process of buying items has not been changed in quite some time now.

In the meantime, we do have some questions for you both to help narrow down what might be happening:

- What browser are you using? Is your browser currently up to date?
- How often does this issue occur? Whenever you try to buy an item or just sometimes?
- If you click to reload a new captcha, will it let you enter that one and successfully purchase the item?
- Are you trying to purchase multiple items in multiple tabs at once?
- Does the first captcha you see match the last captcha from the previous item you successfully bought?

@Nati I know you all work as fast and as hard as you can!

I use Chrome, just switched so all is up to date.

It happens when things get extra busy on IcePets, happened a LOT during The Blob game, now it's just once in a while .

I only buy one thing at a time.

Some times the items are there when I reenter another captcha, but often someone else has bought the item during the lag. I don't mind unless it's a mp I really want, you know?

-yes, my browser is up to date
-it only happened the other day when I was buying stuff from the shops on the map (not other user's shops) it happened with 3-4 different items.

-not the exact same captcha if that's what youre asking..?

Oh goodness, this is terrible.
If you don’t mind, could you walk me through this one more time?

So you’re in the Snow Jar Igloo, you click on the item link to buy, you type it in, submit, and then it says it’s wrong and makes you do a whole new code that it then accepts?

@Nati Yes. Only when it accepts the next captcha, the item is gone - someone else already bought it. Some times it's already in my inventory, but usually someone else really has bought the item.

Hmm.. the last thing I can think of is possibly your autocorrect switching it before the capatcha goes through?

It’s the weirdest thing because I’ve been buying a bunch of items lately and haven’t had this issue at all. We'll keep looking into it and see if they’re is anything malfunctioning on our end!
