Just curious if anyone has a favourite t.v. show or if they had a favourite t.v. show that suddenly got less enjoyable due to the direction or whatnot.

Let's talk about them smile_happy.gif

I watch so many shows, it's kind of a problem.

But if you're asking for complaints, the biggest one I have right now is how they ended The Vampire Diaries. It just came to a close after 8 seasons and they completely ruined my absolute favorite character and I'm so upset about it.

Bones has been my favourite show for a long time, but it just ended. I really liked the way it went out though. I've also been LOVING Grace and Frankie. I really enjoy the relationships between all the characters.

I watch most of my shows on Netflix so I am slowly running out of things to watch because I binge watch 3-4 episodes every day. Working through The Client LIst.

My biggest disappointment came from Supernatural which was my favourite show period for the longest time. It might still be but they direction they took frustrates me. Season 5 ended on a really great note, everything was resolved and most characters had a happy ending. I found out it was supposed to be the series finale but I guess it got renewed last minute or something so a single scene at the end through the entire show into something crazy. Still watch it but it's not the same.

I love Haven and Grim (though I haven't bingewatched the last seasons). I was bingewatching Haven, I think it was via Amazon? And I got down to season 4 1/2, I'm all sucked in and suddenly they didn't have the last few episodes smile_shock.gif noooo!!! smile_ohcrap.gif

Grim is pretty cool since it's filmed around Portland and we live on the Oregon Coast smile_heart.gif

One of my all time favorite book series has just been created into tv shows (thank you Starz!!), so I've got Outlander on dvds smile_happy.gifsmile_heart.gif they've done such an amazing job! Everything is over the top details and quality smile_yes.gifsmile_star.gif

I just finished binge-watching Downton Abbey, and it was amazing! I thought it would be dull, but it's actually quite exciting, and I never wanted to stop watching! I really wish it would go on, since it ends on 1926, and it would be interesting to see the family and servants go through the Great Depression, and WWII.

I used to love Castle and Bones, but they got so bad toward the end smile_cry.gif

Another show I really liked was Leverage, but I've never met anyone else who's watched it smile_sad.gif

Currently I'm watching Person of Interest.smile_happy.gif

Reality shows are my guilty pleasure. I love watching The Bachelor/Bachelorette and betting on who's going to be the winner with my friends. smile_laugh.gif

I'm looking for some new shows to watch though so this thread just might help me out!

Does anyone watch Orphan Black? It's super interesting and it's a show actually set in Canada. I can only think of one other show I've watched that's set in Canada, so it's really nice. smile_happy.gif

My personal favorite is Merlin! Although the ending left a few things unresolved, it was SO GOOD! I also started watching Teen Wolf, but can't really continue until I get them on a DVD since it only airs on Netflix in Mexico smile_sad.gif

I've had a lot of favorite TV shows but honestly am kind of out of TV right now. Last thing I watched was FLASH though, the musical one. I have no idea what really happened the rest of it's season smile_laugh.gif

Does anyone watch Pretty Little Liars?
The final episodes are airing now and I don't know how I feel about it yet.

On the one hand, I feel like this should have been over years ago and now they're grasping at straws to connect things that make no sense. Yet, on the other hand, I feel like there are so many questions that are still unanswered that there should be more episodes so that all the loose ends can be fleshed out.

I just finished "Scream" on Netflix (the TV series, not the movies) and I actually loved it? Bex Taylor-Klaus is now like, my favourite actress (who plays Audrey in Scream). It's actually not bad and I do really recommend it. It's super fun trying to figure out who the killer is

I am finishing 13 Reasons Why, and oh boy it's intense. It's very very well done, and quite enjoyable, but very triggering. Two nights ago I had to call my boyfriend at 3 am so he would talk to me, so I could avoid an anxiety attack (it worked!).
If you think you can handle it, I definitely recommend it, and I hope the people who were not bullied/were bullies would watch it to have a glimpse of what it feels like to be bullied. Same for people who never had contact with depression or suicidal tendencies. It is definitely an eye opener; though, as I said, triggering for who has been there before.

Cutthroat Kitchen. I'm sad it was taken off Netflix, but hopefully I can see it on TV.

I love Berry!

I watch all the typical nerd shows: Supernatural, Doctor Who, Walking Dead, Sherlock, etc.

I don't even know why I'm watching Supernatural still. I'm like @RiverStarr - of the belief that the last good season was around Season 5, and then it's gone progressively downhill from there. I can't believe they're already renewed for another season after this one, which is already Season 11. What??

I've watched (about 3-4 times all the way through) Buddy Thunderstruck on Netflix, and find it cute and hilarious. It's a stop-motion animated thing kinda like Robot Chicken but it's much more kid-friendly and clean, which I like. (Hated Robot Chicken.)

Also just started watching the new season of Doctor Who and I LOVE it. I love his new companion and the first couple episodes of this season have been really sweet, I've missed this quality DW.

We're (my husband and I) also watching Mystery Science Theater 3000 - the old ones and the new ones too. It can be really funny.

@Ashes I agree! I still watch Supernatural but it has been so bad for so long. I don't like to stop things once I start so I keep going...
