Come prove your skills with a quill
and show your talent!
What you see before you is known as a Haiku! Haiku are a form of poetry consisting of three lines. The first line has five syllables, the second has seven, and the last one has five again. Why are we telling you this, you ask? The answer would be that we are hosting our first Haiku Contest! The
theme is to write about your favourite IcePets Item! Do you have what it takes, or do you need some encouragement?
Before we show you the rest, be sure to check out our rules for this contest.
Rules -You can submit
one Haiku per User.
-Please send your Haiku
here!-Your Haiku has to fit the theme of the event.
-You have to write the Haiku yourself, you cannot ask anyone else to write your Haiku.
-You must not post your Haiku anywhere until the event is over.
-Your Haiku must use the correct set-up (3 lines - 5, 7, 5) or it will not be valid. You will not be notified if your Haiku isn’t valid, so please double check before submitting.
Now that we have that taken care of, we can move on to the prizes! To win these beautiful prizes, our Staff will be voting on which Haiku are creative, flow, and show originality. If you can include all three of these categories, you are a shoe-in for the first place spot! As always, voting is done anonymously.
Everyone who sends in a valid Haiku will receive
Haiku: A Collective. In this book, you will be able to find every valid Haiku entered in the Contest, with the winning Haiku featured on the first pages.
Fifth Place will take home any Book of their choice, 50,000 IcePoints, and a Special Prize!
This prize will be revealed after the contest ends. 
Fourth Place will take home any Book of their choice, 100,000 IcePoints, and a Special Prize!
This prize will be revealed after the contest ends. 
Third Place will take home any Book of their choice, Peculiar ICE Box, 150,000 IcePoints, and a Special Prize!
This prize will be revealed after the contest ends. 
Second Place will take home any Book of their choice, Peculiar ICE Box, a Cubed Snow Jar, 200,000 IcePoints, and a Special Prize!
This prize will be revealed after the contest ends. 
First Place will take home any Book of their choice, Peculiar ICE Box, a Cubed Snow Jar, A Golden Competitor Stamp, 250,000 IcePoints, and a Special Prize!
