Use of this site signifies acceptance of Terms and Conditions.
Requirements

First off, Id like to welcome you to IcePets! When signing up to
IcePets you are given the option to accept the terms and conditions.
You may not sign up or use any aspect of the site unless you fully
agree to these terms and conditions. If you are under the age of 18,
then your parents and/or guardians also need to
have read and agreed to your accepting these terms and conditions. By
using this site, you and your parents and/or guardians are deemed to
have accepted same.

Number of Accounts

You are allowed ONE and only ONE account. You may not share your
account with anyone else. You may not allow anyone else to use your
account for any reason. If you have more than one account, then some
or all of them may be deleted by staff.

It is perfectly acceptable for more than one user to play on the same
computer/IP. If possible, please use separate email addresses among
family members in the same household. If a family members account
only exists to make and give iP to your account then we will treat it
is as multiple accounts. Please make us aware if more than one person
plays IcePets from your household.

Rules Overview

*You may not ask any user for their password or reveal your own to
anyone at all.
*No user names or pet names that may be considered inappropriate (use
common sense). Pets with an inappropriate name will be deleted, and
accounts with an inappropriate user name will be banned.
*No swearing, obscenity, profanity, or insulting other users in any way.
*No use of abbreviations for inappropriate language.
*Words such as damn and hell are allowed within reason. These words
may not be used in a way to hurt the feelings of any , and should not
be used in topic titles.
*Use of inappropriate images is strictly prohibited.
*Links only to appropriate websites are allowed, ie; Facebook,
Twitter, Photobucket, DeviantArt, etc.
*Discussion of other online games, including other virtual pet sites,
is allowed. You however are not allowed to promote competing game
sites, or any website for that matter.
*The sharing of personal information or photos is not recommended, but you do
have the freedom to do so if you wish.
*SPAM (stupid, pointless, annoying, messages) is only allowed on the
SPAM Board, found here:

*The sale, transfer, or trade of; items, accounts, and virtual currency, is not
recommended but is allowed. If you choose to do so, you do so at your own risk!
*Any program used to gain any kind of an advantage is cheating and
strictly prohibited. Punishment will depend on severity. This includes
using your browser to auto-refresh, changing browser settings to gain
advantage (like adjusting speed of flash games), and setting a coffee
cup on F5.

Hacking / Glitch Abuse / Exploits - Part 1

Hacking / searching for exploits / anything of similar nature is
allowed, provided the following:
1. Upon finding a flaw in security, or anything of similar nature, you
must notify an IcePets team member immediately, with all information
acquired, in effort to get the flaw corrected.
2. You may not tell anyone, except the IcePets team, information you
have acquired of security flaws.
3. You may not benefit any account, including your own, from a
security flaw. Any items, icepoints, icecash, stats, or benefit of any
kind; acquired from the location of a security flaw, must be made
known to an IcePets team member and held in the account while waiting
for it to be removed.

Hacking / Glitch Abuse / Exploits - Part 2

Knowingly purchasing or receiving exploited account benefits risks the
banning of your account.

If you innocently purchased or received benefits to your account, that
you believe resulted from an exploit, please contact an IcePets team
member to investigate the matter and remove the illegitimate benefits.

Failure to comply with the Terms & Conditions may result in the
banning of your account.
