Use of this site signifies acceptance of Terms and Conditions.
-Requirements
First off, I'd like to welcome you to icepets!
When signing up to Icepets you are given the option to accept the
terms and conditions. You may not sign up or use any aspect of the
site unless you fully agree to these terms and conditions. If you are
under the age of 18, then your parents and/or guardians also need to
have read and agreed to your accepting these terms and conditions. By
using this site, you and your parents and/or guardians are deemed to
have accepted same. 

-Number of Accounts
You are allowed ONE and only ONE account. You may not share your
account with anyone else. You may not allow anyone else to use your 
account for any reason. If you have more than one account, 
then some or all of them may be deleted by staff.

It is perfectly ok for more than one user to play on the same
computer/IP. If possible, please use seperate email adresses among
family members in the same household. If a family member's account
only exists to make and give iP to your account then we will treat is
as multiple accounts. Please make us aware if more than one person
plays icepets from your household.

-Rules Overview

*You may not ask any user for their password or reveal your own to
anyone at all.
*No user names or pet names that may be considered inappropriate. Pets
with an inappropriate name will be deleted, and accounts with an
inappropriate user name will be frozen.
*No swearing, obscenity, profanity, or insulting other users in any way.
*No using abbreviations for swearing.
*Use of inapprooriate images, including pictures of yourself, is
strickly prohibited.
*Links to websites outside of icepets is not allowed.
*You may not reveal any sensitive personal information to anyone for
any reason. This includes last names, addresses, phone numbers, and
any other sensitive information that could lead to people discovering
your identity.
*SPAM (stupid, pointless, and annoying messages) is not allowed.
*Talk of other petsites and RPG is not allowed.
*Words such as damn and hell are allowed within reason. These words
may not be used in an offensive way, and should not be used in topic
titles.
*Pets, items, icepoints, accounts, and any other property of icepets
may not be sold for real cash.
*Pets and accounts may not be sold or traded.
*No taking advantage of gliches in any shape or form. Depending on
severity, this will result in anything from your account being emptied
to a permanent ban of icepets.
*Any program used to gain any kind of an advantage is cheating and
strictly prohibited. punishment will depend on severity. This includes
using your browser to auto-refresh and setting a coffee cup on F5.

-Content
*You understand that all content of ICEPETS LCC is under copyright and
property of ICEPETS LCC and that submissions to the site also become
property of ICEPETS LCC whether it be a forum post, mail, art, scripts,
writings, or any other form of submitted content.

-Revisions
*These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time, without prior
warning or notice.
